Automatic Bar Straightening Machine:
The automatic bar straightening machine is used for straightening & polishing of peeling bar or drawn bar. This machine is part of a bright bar production line for bar diameter up to 80 mm, comprising a heavy-duty bar peeling machine, a straightening/polishing machine, and a facing and chamfering unit. The line is complemented by a testing line and a laser marking device. The special curve between the upper concave and the lower convex of the two straightening rolls can easily realize calendering while straightening.

It is used for straightening and calendering various metal bar after peeling or grinding.
