Bar peeling machines are often part of a “bright bar” line at a steel mill. Together with supporting processes such as straightening, grinding, and burnishing. These round bar peeling machines convert hot-rolled steel, stainless steel, and aerospace-grade alloy “black bar” into shiny and smooth-peeled bars.
A steel peeling machine removes the decarburized layer, scratches, or defective hardened layer on the surface of the cold/hot rolled round material. A continuous feed system of bars loses no time in loading and unloading. Therefore, it is suitable for mass production.
