The head rolling machine consists of two pairs of rollers with the same roll diameter and a series of variable-section rolling grooves. Two pairs of rollers are installed horizontally and vertically on the same frame. When making the chuck, the head of the bar is rolled thinly in two pairs of rollers in order to facilitate the penetration of the mold.
The pre-straightening unit performs initial wire straightening for the wire fed up to the drawing die. There are three fixed rollers and two movable rollers on the machine base, which can adapt to the straightening of various specifications of bar stock.
